At this month’s advocacy Care-Rite enjoyed dressing up and having fun. In our annual October celebration we enjoyed seeing everyone in their different and unique costumes. In the costume parade we enjoyed seeing clowns, pumpkins, Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, Thing One and Thing Two, Elsa and Anna and many many more! It was so much fun! The group of the month also put together an important lesson on fire safety for fire safety month. We enjoyed getting to know them and learning about their jobs. For each group, being group of the month gives our friends a chance to get to know one another better and find out what other groups within Care-Rite are doing. This month’s group got a chance to share the places they work such as Happy’s Cafe of Temecula, Carls Jr. of Temecula and Brookdale Senior Living Center. They said their favorite part about their jobs was “helping people.” It is incredible to see how happy these individuals are giving back to the community we live in. We can tell they love what they do! We also had an opportunity to meet a new coach and a new individual! What a fantastic month!
